Finn Information Services ("FISer") has been established to help foreign entities and individuals to make found judgments when doing business with Finnish counterparts or when considering other opportunities in Finland. Our company is specialized in providing background, regulatory and financial information regarding Finnish companies, Finnish organizations and entities. FISer provides specific information flexibly, effectively and with minimal cost to the customer.
Our goal is to provide transparency in business relationships by acting discreetly and securing our customers’ anonymity. We understand that our customers are in some cases unwilling to use major consulting or other advisor firms in order to fulfil small scale and specified information needs. FISer has been established for such demand.
Typical assignments include, inter alia:
- company specific (background) information (e.g. incorporation information, director information, company representation issues, capital information and financial information);
- document review (review of Finnish documentation sent by the customer);
- information over regulatory environment with regard to e.g. investments and business;
- country specific information (governmental and organization information);
- smaller unofficial translations for information purposes from Finnish to English.
